Donnemarie Dontilly is a village located near Provins with a rich historical background. Its area has been inhabited since the Franks. In the 13th century a large monastery was set up in the village. The church, dedicated to Saint Pierre and Saint Paul is even older than that, though it has been rebuilt in the 15th century. It be seen here along with the town hall (on the right) and the "monument aux morts".
