Saint Loup de Naud portal

The most impressive part of the Saint Loup de Naud church is its portal. It is sometimes described as one of the major religious sculptures of the middle ages. It had been designed to impress the pilgrims that came to venerate the relics of Saint Loup. The bishop himself is in the middle of the two wooden doors.
