Scooters and cars quickly pass by the Arc de Triomphe on the Place Charles de Gaulle. This intersection is quite busy all day long. It leads to 12 avenues and is one of the most dreaded places to drive in Paris with car lines cutting each others madly. You have to be daring and cold blooded at the same time to drive here confidently.
