Général Philippe de Hauteclocque

Philippe de Hauteclocque is the real name of général Leclerc. He is one of the most famous French generals, the commander of the famed french 2nd armored division that contributed to the liberation of Paris in August 1944.
This statue is in a small garden in downtown Nantes, but I could not find in which one.
