Pricing, payment and delivery of images

Following is information about the pricing and payment option we propose as well as on delivery of purchased images.

Pricing

The pricing depends on a series of different factors.
Please send us an enquiry with as much details as possible including:
- Identification of the photos you wish to use (using their filename).
- Description of your intended use, including medium (print, Web, TV, etc.), expected print run, reproduction size and type (half-page, cover, full screen), expected publication date, and duration of publication.

A discount can be applied for more than 5 images.

We will send you an estimate, once we have all the necessary information.

Payment options

Payment is done either via Paypal or via an international wire transfer to my French bank account. Other payment methods may be available on demand (especially from within France).

Payment process

Paypal

A Paypal invoice is sent and the photos are being made available upon reception of the payment. Paypal fees are at our expense and will not be charged.

Wire transfer

We will send you our SWIFT / IBAN account numbers for the wire transfer. Delivery will take place when the transfer has been completed.

Invoicing

An invoice detailing the licence options and chosen photos will be sent for every purchase. VAT will be applied to sales in France or sales in Europe unless a european VAT number is provided.

Delivery

We deliver electronically. Once we have agreed upon the payment, you will receive a URL to download a file via http. The URL will only remain valid for a limited period of time. Files are grouped and zipped to allow easier transfer.

For a large number of files, a CD or DVD containing the image files can also be sent, but shipping fees will be charged.
